Bubbles

“Bubbles” is a series of drawings and paintings born from the quiet joy and wonder that bubbles evoke in me—whether watching them float, creating them with my own hands, or simply chasing their shimmer. I envision bubbles drifting from unexpected places, delicate yet powerful symbols that, in their fragility, hold surprising significance.
To me, they are more than playful shapes of air and light—they are vessels of memory. Each one carries me back to a specific place or moment etched into my life, inviting reflection with every pop and drift.
They also echo the tenderness of my personal space, which, like a bubble, feels easily encroached upon. When someone comes too close, the boundary stretches thin—Intimate, fleeting, and fragile. In this way, bubbles mirror how I move through the world: bright, floating freely, but always on the edge of vanishing.”
